Changes

• Updated these platform packages to use zlib version 1.2.13 and FreeType version 2.12.1:

  • QNX660, QNX700, and QNX710

  • Linux-aarch64, Linux-arm, Linux-x86, and Linux-x86_64

  • All Windows platform packages

  • All Android-r21d platform packages

• On Android, in KanziView changed the isActiveView() method to make it available to the extending classes.
